Keeping in mind that humans make all the difference in the competitive environment; to increase the motivation levels of the employees, to promote loyalty towards the company, to improve the cooperation among the employees permanently and thus to amplify our company’s competition power. To fulfill all the HR management requirements and consequently to have qualified human resources that consider themselves as part of the SPHEROS family, and are successful, motivated, happy, and open to change.

Our training system is of strategic importance within Spheros human resources policies. Its aim is to support the development of our workforce and to create motivation and job satisfaction. Orientation training is given to new employees in our company. This training covers subjects like the organizational structure of the company, quality policy, work safety, work conditions and work processes of other departments.
At the end of each year, according to the company targets and strategies and bearing the performance of the employee and the job requirements in mind, training programs are planned for the following year and implemented throughout the year. In case the priorities change and new necessities emerge, unplanned trainings are provided for all our employees. Moreover, the effectiveness of our trainings are measured in order to improve the existing training programs and to develop new training programs.
At the commencement of the employment, the employee receives a salary according to the company’s salary scale. Salary increase takes place once a year in January. The inflation rate and the performance of the employee are taken into consideration for the salary increase.
The employees of the company receive a bonus amounting to their gross salary together with their pay, twice a year in May and November.
All managers, administrative personnel and production supervisors receive premiums according to their yearly performance and the realization rate of their yearly targets.
All employees who have finished the probation period receive once a year, in the beginning of October, the equivalent of one ton coal in cash.
All employees receive food supplies support once a year, before the holy month Ramadan.
Having completed their probation period, all employees receive holiday payments at Ramadan and Sacrifice Holidays. Holiday payments are increased every year based on the inflation rates.
Having completed their probation period, all employees who get married, and who or whose spouse gives birth receive cash support in the amount set by the company.
All employees benefit from food and transportation.
Private health insurance is provided to management personnel starting from the beginning of their employment and to production workers starting from their second year at the company.
There is a health unit at our workplace to meet the health-related needs of our employees and of the workplace. Our medical doctor serves within the medical examination hours. When necessary, our employees are sent to the hospital.
At least once a year, various dinner and entertainment organizations take place for all the employees. There are sports activities like table football, table tennis, Pilates and football for our employees so that the communication among the employees is strengthened and they are able to keep mentally and physically fit, and they can put a distance between themselves and work either at work intervals or at the end of the working hours.
The main target of the Spheros traineeship system is to provide traineeship opportunities for the most talented students at various educational institutions like universities, colleges, technical high-schools, industrial high-schools etc.; and to win the successful trainees for our company following their education and according to requirements.
High-school traineeships at Spheros come into effect when in May the relevant school directorates are informed about the positions according to the needs of the departments in the company. The Traineeship Contracts of the pupils are sent to the Human Resources Department by the relevant schools at the latest in the beginning week of the school year in September and so the traineeship process commences.
Spheros provides traineeships opportunities for university students in Turkey and abroad. Although university traineeship terms are usually July and August, there can be different dates available for students from universities outside the country.
